Big Shiny Planet’s goal is to encourage the listening to and incorporation of Christian music into daily life. We believe music is a powerful force and, if used correctly, it can positively influence and modify behavior. We do not believe that music is a substitute for the Word of God or to traditional Bible study curriculum, but rather an option for discipleship.
The vision of Big Shiny Planet is built on the foundation of Romans 12:2:
Don’t become like the people of this world. Instead, change the way you think. Then you will always be able to determine what God really wants — what is good, pleasing, and perfect. (GWT)
